Using Your Campus Telephone
Offered: Bi-monthly except June, July, & August
Description: Overview of the campus ISDN phone in a hands-on setting; includes basic
functions, features, and options available such as call pick-up and call forward.

Using Voicemail to Simplify Your Life
Offered: Bi-monthly except June, July, & August
Description: Covers all the voicemail features available to the campus and provides tips to make your work easier.

Online IT Request Form/People Directory
Offered: Monthly
NOTE: This class is intended only for those designated as the Department Information
Technology Coordinator for their department.
Description: The class covers logging into the Online IT Form site as well as specifics of placing orders for phones, email, and computers. The process in its entirety is shown and all questions are answered including any questions about the People Directory. This class is also recommended for anyone who has been recently assigned the role of Department Information Technology Coordinator.

Telesoft Online Billing
Offered: Monthly
NOTE: This class is intended only for those designated by their department as
needing access to the online telephone bills.
Description: The class covers the basic use of the Telmaster online telephone billing system as well as a few advanced features. Whether you just need a refresher or are new to the system, you will learn great information about the system.
