Operational oversight of the Office of the VPIT. Manager of the administrative support team. Oversight of IT Human Resources and Communications.
Gaby Guzman, Human Resources Analyst
Human Resource documentation processing, recruitment coordination, IT employee training and evaluation coordination/planning, absence planning, and org structure documentation.
Pauline Knox, Special Initiatives and Enterprise-Technology Project Manager
Coordination of high-level enterprise project initiatives, production, organization, and publication of documentation to support all phases of project management.
Jovita (Vita) McCoy, Administrative Assistant
Front Desk coordinator of the Office of the VPIT. Attendance reporting, mail distribution, travel, and DITC.
Miriam Ogden, Communications Coordinator, Administrative Support Lead
Coordination of internal and external division communication, IT Logistics, administrative support to the Assistant VP, attendance reporting, and DITC.
Nene Williams, Administrative Assistant
