REQUEST DEVICES FOR WORKING REMOTELY
Our campus has the following devices for working remotely:
Due to limited quantity in inventory, faculty who need devices for working remotely must ask their Department Chair to submit requests to email@example.com with justification.
Please do not disclose any protected data and information in the justification, such as passwords, personal identifiable data, protected health information (PHI), home addresses, etc.
Staff must ask their Chief of Operations or the Dean (or delegate) to submit requests to firstname.lastname@example.org with justification.
All requests will be reviewed and prioritized based on overall campus need. We appreciate your patience while we try to support the campus.
Remote Work Environment Requests
In collaboration with HRDI, the Division of IT is pleased to announce that you may now request to temporarily take the following from your office for home use:
- monitor, keyboard, mouse
- office chair
This does not include your office desktop computer which must remain on campus, connected and powered on. This also excludes mobile devices such as laptops, mobile phones, MiFi's, and iPads. *
Please submit requests (CC your manager) to email@example.com.
Once your request is approved, you must obtain a single use pass from the Office of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for the specific date and length of time to be on campus.
*If you have already removed technological state property, please report it immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
