Amy Gao is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Dropbox, and she works closely with Cal State Fullerton to support our vision and long-term goals through Dropbox. Amy has led workshops for CSUF faculty, staff, and students, and brings a wealth of knowledge from prior roles in non-profit education, strategy and operations consulting, and social impact. Amy holds an M.Ed from The Broad Center, an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Northwestern University.
