TitanCard applications/functionalities have been expanded to meet the needs of the students and administrative operations across campus.
Residence Halls Laundry
TitanCard attached laundry readers to the existing and new laundry facilities. As a result, students are now able to pay for laundry using their TitanCard's TitanTender account for a cashless transaction. Students may add funds to their cards in the Residence Hall Administrative Building or if they have Internet access, on the TitanCard website using a credit card.
CS Print
Campus Systems Print software (CS Print) enables cashless payment for printing in labs all over campus. TitanCard joined forces with the Titan Computer Lab to install CS Print on seven of the Titan Lab's existing Dot Matrix printers. Previously, students were able to print free Dot Matrix copies from only 10% of the computers in the Titan Lab. Beginning this semester, students may print up to 50 copies free from all lab computers (subsequent Dot Matrix copies will now cost two cents each).
Vending in College Park
TitanCard added a vending reader to a new vending machine stocked with pencils, paper, highlighters, blue books, and Scantron forms. Students taking classes in College Park may now conveniently purchase these essential school supplies using their TitanTender account (without walking to the campus bookstore).
Lost Card Deactivation
Students now have the ability to deactivate their TitanCard online (real time) at http://my.fullerton.edu/titancarddeposit. Previously, a lost or stolen card would need to be reported to the TitanCard Office either in person, by email or by phone during normal business hours. Students may now visit the TitanCard website and deactivate their cards 24 hours a day, thus reducing the risk for fraud or other misuse of cards.
Contact the TitanCard Office for additional information at 278-3555.
