There are a number of software titles that are available to faculty and staff for home use.  There is no charge for the first copy of at-home-use software.  There is a $10 fee for an additional copy of any title within a period of one year.  To see a list of available software and request the software, visit the following web site: http://www.fullerton.edu/it/services/Software/software_request.asp.

How can I access my email from off-campus?  How do I login to my email on the web?
The easiest way to access your email is via the web because there is no setup. All you need to know is the web address, which is http://email.fullerton.edu. When you are asked to enter your username, your email username is the first portion of your email address. For example, if your email address is jsmith@fullerton.edu, you would enter jsmith for the username. You must then enter your password. If you are a student, remember to use your new personalized email username and your email password. Also note that, as a student, if you did not change your email password, then it is the 6 digit pin number assigned to you.

What is the Security Lock and what exactly is changing?
A security setting has been applied to your AD user account. This setting will lock your desktop after 20 minutes of inactivity (keyboard or mouse movement).  Also, the monitor will be powered off to conserve electricity.  Currently this change affects only PC workstations. Why has ITchanged its Website?
We were hearing that campus users were confused by the previous site because it was based on the departments within the IT division. The new site focuses on the services provided by the division and it is organized in a way to help users find what they're looking for quickly and easily.
