General-Use Lecture Halls
General-use lecture halls (MH-121, VA-113, LH-308, UH-252, H-110, H-123, KHS-199, RGC-013, PLN-130, LH-702, LH-900, LH-320, MH-141, PLS-68 and ASC (Academic Senate Chambers)
) require one-on-one training. These lecture halls can be used by all the 8 colleges throughout the campus. Please have your faculty contact Academic Classroom Support at x2621 to arrange training for those lecture halls.
To Obtain Key to a Classroom
Print and take the certificate offered at the end of the training presentation along with a photo ID to the IT Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Pollak Library North. Please be sure to indicate the classroom(s) in which you are teaching to ensure you will be issued the proper key(s).
If a faculty or staff employee has previously completed training, there is no need to complete the training presentation again. Additional keys to access equipment cabinets in other buildings are available at the IT Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Pollak Library North with your photo ID.
To replace a missing key, the instructor must file a lost key report with University Police and pay the fine for the missing key. The instructor can then bring copies of these documents to the IT Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Pollak Library North to obtain replacement keys.
