Blackberry Purchase Information

Telecommunications assists in the procurement of Blackberry units as well as billing. Support and set-up are handled by the Help Desk.To request a new blackberry unit, you must contact your Department Information Technology Coordinator (to view a list of coordinators, click here). The Coordinator must fill out an online form to request the unit. He/she will need to know what type of blackberry you would like as well as any accessories (i.e. desk charger) that you wish to purchase. If you wish to add cell phone service to your blackberry, you will need to select a rate plan for the cell phone as well as any additional features such as voicemail and caller ID.
