Blackberry Purchase Information

Telecommunications assists in the procurement of BlackBerries as well the billing of such devices. Support and set-up are handled by the Help Desk.To request a new BlackBerry, you must contact your Department Information Technology Coordinator (to view a list of coordinators, click here). The Coordinator must fill out an online form to request the unit. He/she will need to know what type of BlackBerry you would like as well as any accessories (i.e. desk charger or bluetooth) that you wish to purchase. If you wish to add cellular or data service to your BlackBerry, you will need to select a rate plan as well as any additional features such as voicemail and caller ID.
