If your phone is dead or you are experiencing problems with your phone, call x4357 (HELP) to leave a voicemail.

In your voicemail, include the following information:

• Name
• Department
• Contact Extension
• Problem Extension
• Phone type (18/30 Button)
• Location of problem
• Do you have a dial tone?
• Description of problem

Repairs received before 2pm will be handled the same day. Repairs received after 2pm will be handled by the next day.
