All telephone billing information is now only available online. Users of this system must be authorized by their department in order to access the website. Detailed instructions on using this system are given to users once authorized and at the training classes. Replacement instructions are also available upon request.

To obtain authorization to view your department's phone bills, have your department chair/dean send an email to Puneet Shah at pshah@fullerton.edu indicating your name and which accounts you need access to.

Training classes on how to use the Telesoft system (also called Telmaster or Teleweb) are offered monthly through Employee Training & Development.
