Students, faculty and staff can request the following loaner devices: PC laptops, webcams, headsets.
Submit the self-service request using the online request form. Once approved, you will receive an approval email with instructions on where to pick-up your devices. (DITC's : Please do not submit on behalf of your staff/faculty)
* Please note, if you are a full-time faculty member or MPP and need a laptop please have your department IT coordinator fill out a Service Now request.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday, CLOSED

Location: PLS - 48A, Pollak Library South basement, by the loading docks
Device pickup is for approved requests only. Please have your TitanCard or Photo ID with you.

STUDENT DEVICE pICKUPS/RETURNS
Devices that were loaned prior to Fall 2021 can be returned at the same location as the faculty/staff.
All other device pickup/returns are done at the Student Genius Center .
