Password Change Wizard:

Fantastic! You're using a laptop Mac on campus.

Below are the best instructions for you to change your password.

1. Open a web browser (i.e. Safari, Firefox, Chrome) to www.fullerton.eduOpens in new window and 
log in to your portal.

2. If you are using the new portal, click on the Email Employee icon. If you are using the old portal, click on the Email tab.

3. Enter your username and current password on the Outlook Web App screen.
Then click Sign in.

4. At the top right of the Outlook Web App, select the Options menu.
(Don't see this? Skip to step 5a.)

5. Select Change Your Password.

5a. If you do not see a drop-down menu for Options, you can find the Change Password
link on the left side of the screen.

In the light version of Outlook, select Change Password from menu on left


6. Enter your current password. Then enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Click Save to save your new password.

7. You will receive a confirmation message that your password has been successfully changed. Depending on which web browser you are using, you may see an OK button or you may be asked to close your web browser.

NOTE: Don't see a confirmation message? Click Sign Out at the top left and try logging back in with your new password to see if the new password was saved.

8. Do you have a desktop Mac as well as this laptop Mac? You will need to follow these instructions to ensure that your keychain password is updated on your desktop Mac.
