In your message, include the following information:
- Contact Extension
- Problem Extension
- Phone type (18 button, 30 button, or Voice Over Internet Protocol)
- Location of problem
- Do you have dial tone?
- Description of problem
Repairs received before 2:00 p.m. will be handled the same business day.
