New Online Courses
The IT training & Support group is now offering new online courses through the campus portal.
• Finance Approvers Only Online Training - This course is intended for users of the Finance PeopleSoft system that only have access to approve requisitions and budget transfer requests. The course covers the following topics:
• Access PeopleSoft
• Approving Budget Transfer & Requisitions
• Running Financial Reports
• Overview of Commitment Data Entry
• Budget Transfer Online Training - This course provides training to campus users who will create budget transfer requests within PeopleSoft. The course covers the following topics:
• Creating a Budget Transfer entry
• Review the Approval process
• Inquiring on a Budget Transfer
• Requisition Online Training - This course provides training to campus users who will create requisitions for their department. The course covers the following topics:
• Creating a Requisition
• Review the Approval process
• Inquiring on a Requisition
• Printing a Purchase Order
• Student Worker Online Training - This course provides training to campus users who hire student and federal work study employees in their department. The course covers the following topics:
• The Federal Work Study program
• The Student Employee program
• PeopleSoft processing of student workers
• Pay and Timesheets for student workers

Information Technology Training Group Merger
CMS Training has merged with ETD's Tim Benbow to form the Information Technology Training & Support team. By merging the two training groups together, IT can capitalize on combining resources. Additionally, trainers can provide better and faster services to campus users. For questions or training concerns contact the IT Training group at extension 5647 or ittraining@fullerton.edu .
