Meet the Team

IT Training & Support handles documentation and training needs for the division of Information Technology and its partners.

Lori Arthur has worked in Information Technology since 1998. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Human Services, she joined the IT Training & Support department in 2008.

Timothy Benbow has worked providing technology training to the university community as both a contractor and as a full time employee for 13 years. Currently he oversees Desktop Application training which includes the campus Microsoft Office training program, Project and Information Management, the campus Web Design ATI training program and general computer skills training classes.

Lyn Ledyard, a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in marketing and international business, started her CMS career as the Project Coordinator in August 2004.  She is the lead Documentation and Training Specialist and recently obtained her MBA from Cal State Fullerton.

Kathy Perkins graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in medical technology.  After working in various computerized laboratory settings in Tucson, Manhattan, and San Diego, she switched her focus to information technology and Orange County where she was employed in various IT positions at Bank of America, Experian, and Ingram Micro.  She started her position in Documentation and Training in April 2009 after working in Administrative Computing for 9 years as the lead operator in mainframe operations.
