The Information & Learning Commons, Student IT Help Desk, and TitanCard offer students on-campus employment opportunities. While working, Student Assistants gain valuable knowledge regarding the culture of the workplace such as attendance, punctuality, teamwork, effective communication, and customer service skills.
The goal of the ILC is to provide a physical, flexible space that allows students to access resources (computers, subscription databases, the Web, production software, and statistical packages), conduct research, write papers, create presentations, and produce projects in one seamless environment, reflecting our University’s mission and goals for student learning.
Each year the ILC polls the student community who frequent the ILC computers to gather their opinion and feedback on ILC. Reports for each assessment period (past 3 years) can be found here:
