Scholarships

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry has a number of scholarships available for our students. We encourage you to apply by filling out the scholarship application and any secondary documentation required and turn it in by the deadline.

Advising Information

In order to register, all majors in the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics must attend an advising session with their Department Advisor. You will not be allowed to register for classes until you have attended an advisement session.

Internships

An academic internship with a qualifying industrial partner can be a rewarding way to gain experience working in an industrial laboratory setting. Provided the internship is scientifically rigorous and directly related to chemistry or biochemistry, it can be used to gain up to 3 units of CHEM 490.
