User Login Change and DUO for Office 365
Your username configuration changed.
Your CSUF app login used on applications such as Office 365, Outlook email, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more, is currently configured using [username]@ ad. fullerton.edu . The configuration changed from @ad.fullerton.edu to @fullerton.edu .
DUO 2FA required for Microsoft Office 365 login
DUO Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be required when logging in to applications which require Microsoft login. This is to expand the use of Duo security to other applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
Which apps are affected?
Below is a list of affected apps:
- Outlook (PC, Mac, iOS, Android)
- Microsoft Office desktop, mobile, and online apps (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams)
- Other Web Apps (e.g., Adobe.com, Adobe Sign, and Smartsheet)
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Splashtop
- Skype for Business
Apps we no longer support
Please use Outlook Mobile Apps downloaded on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- iOS mail
- Android mail
- Thunderbird
Please note that you cannot update your apps until AFTER the change has been made to your account. Please contact the IT Help Desk at
