Downloading & Installing Adobe Creative Cloud

Please make sure you have already signed up, as mentioned in Step 1 Opens in new window, and your subcription is active.

After your Adobe Creative Cloud subcription has been successfuly confirmed and activated (as mentioned in Step 1Opens in new window), you can start the process to link your campus login to the subscription, and then download and install the Adobe applications.

Your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription allows full access to the numbers of Adobe products. You only need to download and install the Adobe applications you want to use.

Downloads take time depending on your internet speed. Please be patient.

  1. Using a web browser, go to Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app download page Opens in new window.
  2. If the application is already installed, launch the application from your programs (sign out of any current sessions).
    If not, then allow your browser to open the application installer, then click the 'Sign In' link toward the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your CSUF student email address in to the 'Email address' field, and click on 'Sign In.'sign up screen
  4. Click on 'Enterprise ID'

  5. When the CSUF Single Sign-On page appears, enter your Campus Login (student e-mail address) and password, and then click on 'Next'.

  6. You will be prompted to sign in to CSUF Single Sign-On page with your campus login.

  7. Follow the on screen instructions to download and install Creative Cloud

  8. When prompted, please remember to click 'Enterprise ID' when signing in with your campus account you may then install and update applications as desired

Limitations, Restrictions, and Training

Adobe allows you to download the applications on no more than two separate computers.  You will need to be signed in to use them.

CSUF provides Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for the active faculty, staff, and students. However, it does not cover auxiliary program members or community members.
