What is Adobe Creative Cloud?

The Adobe Creative CloudOpens in new window is all of your favorite Adobe Applications made available via online download and subscription based service.  All CSUF Adobe Creative Cloud users receive 100 Gigabytes of online Cloud Storage to store and sync files across all of your devices.  Special pricing has been negotiated specifically for CSU campuses to make these tools and services available for a greatly reduced rate.

When does my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription expire?

Your Adobe Creative Cloud Redeem Voucher will expire annually, you will be notified when it is time to repeat step 1 of the sign up process

 I can't sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud App using my Campus Login

  • Please wait up to 24 hours for your account to be provisioned

Can I install this software on multiple computers and operating systems?

You may install it on up to two computers at one time and the Adobe Cloud Application can be installed on Mac and PC operating systems independently using one Campus License.  Mobile / Tablet Applications and devices are not limited. Please contact Adobe directly if you need to deactivate certain computers due to hardware or software operating system changes.

What happens to my previous Adobe Products such as CS6?

These products stay on your computer until you uninstall them,  Adobe CC is not an upgrade.  The Adobe Cloud application will recognize and update your older Adobe products. 

I purchased CS5/6 from CSUF, but never installed it.  Can I still use my license number?

No, licenses purchased for CS5/6 are no longer valid.
