Driving Impact Through Centers & Institutes

CSUF’s centers and institutes play a vital role in expanding access to research and fostering collaboration across disciplines. Serving as the connective tissue of the university’s research ecosystem, they bring together faculty, students, and community partners to share expertise, develop strong proposals, and advance impactful work. From supporting project design and evaluation to training student researchers and building lasting partnerships, these nearly 50 centers span colleges and fields while actively welcoming new collaborators. The following stories highlight just a few examples of how these centers are driving innovation, opportunity, and community engagement across CSUF and beyond.
