• Joseph Biel Selected in Best 300 Professors by Princeton Review
  The nation's students have spoken. Joseph Biel, associate professor of art, is among faculty members so lauded by students that he was chosen for inclusion in the Princeton Review's newly released "The Best 300 Professors."

• Vision and Visionaries Award Recipients
  Vision and Visionaries alumni award recipients had the opportunity to visit the campus and share their experiences the few days prior to the awards ceremony for the first time in the history of the event. On Thursday, April 26, the Alumni Association was proud to host a Campus Lunch and Learn in which four of our award recipients, Tony Ortega '87, '89, Caecilia Gotama '82,'86, Becky Hamilton '06 and Verne Wagner '77, discussed their careers and ways to keep students motivated. On Friday, April 27, the Alumni House hosted a VIP Luncheon with Thursday's honorees as well as Dale Raoul '73, '79 and Ray Thompson '77. Interim University President Dr. Willie Hagan and Alumni Board of Directors President Elect, Julie Espy welcomed the esteemed alumni. The Alumni Association was thrilled to host two successful luncheons honoring those who have succeeded in their professions and given back to our Titan community!

• Titans vs. Mustangs
  It was a beautiful night for a ball game! On Friday April 20, Titan Parents, students, alumni and friends gathered for a tailgate at the Alumni House. 275 attendees enjoyed delicious Philly cheesesteaks, Polish dogs and veggie burgers. The event was a success and the Titan's hit it out of the park with a 6-1 victory over the Cal Poly SLO Mustangs.
