New ECS Transfer Student Advising Informational Sessions
Sign up for an ECS Mandatory Group Advising Informational Session
- You will receive a separate email invitation from ECS Advising to schedule your session – use the link in the email to schedule your session through TitanNet (Navigate); please check both your personal and CSUF email.
- These sessions will be held virtually in a group format between May 20th and May 30th based on major; due to staffing constraints, we are unable to accommodate individual appointment requests at this time.

Helpful Tips for Transfer Students
- Check your CSUF e-mail frequently. The University, college, and departments throughout campus will use this as a common mode of communication.
- Transcript evaluations and articulation of courses can take time, please be patient. It is recommended that final transcripts from all community colleges be requested and received by CSUF so that coursework can be articulated as soon as possible. This can limit prerequisites from being applied that may not allow for registration in certain courses at CSUF.
- Transfer students can consult with the Graduation Specialist in the ECS Student Success Center or their academic department for options if prerequisites have not yet been applied to the Titan Degree Audit. Permit requests can be submitted to individual ECS departments using the links above.
- Use ASSIST to view articulation agreements between CSUF and California Community Colleges. The agreements show how course credits earned at California Community Colleges are transferable or articulated to California State University, Fullerton. If there is no articulation agreement in place for courses completed at other institutions, students will need to request course by course articulations from the respective department.
- Students must submit original Advanced Placement (AP) test scores to the Office of Admissions.
