Planning to live on campus next academic year? The Cal State Fullerton Housing Application will open soon. Students seeking on-campus housing for the fall and spring semesters are required to complete the online application through the Housing Portal.

Please note that this year, the Housing Application will open for all class levels at the same time, and payment will be accepted when it opens. We strongly encourage you to be online and ready to submit your application with payment on

We are excited to announce the opening of the Jewel Plummer Cobb Housing Community for the 2026-2027 academic year. This modern six-story, 155,000 square foot community will add new beds to our campus housing portfolio.
Where & How to Apply
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows.
- Housing application is separate from CSUF admission
- Students must accept their admission to CSUF before they can see the housing application
- Access may take 2-3 business days after admission acceptance and payment of the enrollment administrative charge
- Students must apply through the CSUF Housing Portal
Application Fee
- The application fee is $50
- The fee is mandatory and non-refundable
- Payment must be made using a debit or credit card
- Checks and bank transfers are not accepted
After Applying!
- Housing offers are sent on a rolling basis
- Students must check their CSUF email daily
- Missing an email is not an acceptable reason for missed deadlines

- No parents, supporters, or guarantors receive housing emails
Carefully review each section of the housing application before submitting. By completing and submitting your application, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the License Agreement, which constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Housing and Residential Engagement.
All official communication from Housing and Residential Engagement will be sent to your Cal State Fullerton student email address. Please check your CSUF email regularly, as many messages contain important and time-sensitive information that may require a prompt response. Housing is not responsible for missed communications if you fail to check your student email account.
