IT Reminder – CHRS Training Classes Open for Registration

 

IT Training would like to remind campus users that training classes are now available for CHRS.  

 

Available classes include:

  • Temporary Academic Employment Data Entry & Reviewer Training
    • Learn how to create Temporary Academic Employment (TAE) appointments (contracts) for part-time faculty, teaching associates, graduate assistants, and instructional student assistants and how appointments are reviewed & approved in CHRS.
  • Temporary Academic Employment MPP Approver Training
    • Learn how to approve Temporary Academic Employment (TAE) appointments (contracts) in CHRS.
  • Student Assistant Reappointment and Pay Changes Training
    • Learn how to hire student assistants in a concurrent position, reappoint student assistants, and process pay changes for student assistants.
  • Timekeeper Absence and Timesheet Review Training
    • Learn how timekeepers review staff/faculty/management absence and timesheet entries.
  • Student Assistant Timekeeper Training
    • Learn how to review student assistant timesheets in CHRS.
  • Manager Absence, No Leave Taken, and Timesheet Approval Training
    • Learn how managers approve absence requests, no leave taken entries, and timesheets for staff, faculty, managers, and student assistants in CHRS.

 

You can access the class schedule and user guides as they become available on the   CHRS Training webpage   on the IT Training website. Registration for all classes is in the   Employee Training Center   in the Training Schedule section.
