Stay Secure: Cybersecurity Solutions

Download the Outlook App
As a reminder, download the Outlook app to view campus emails on your Mac and Android Devices. The Mail (iOS) and Gmail (Android) apps are NOT supported due to security limitations. View our instructions on how to download the Outlook app on your mobile device. 

Email External Tags
To help identify potential phishing and improve security, emails received from outside our campus email system will have a cautionary message. 

Spam Protection Daily Report
You may notice a daily email from the IT Help Desk listing suspected spam messages sent to your campus email account. For more information and instructions on how to modify your spam digest settings, please review the Spam Protection Daily Report guides. 

Report Phish
Report any suspicious email by clicking the Report Phish button in Outlook. The CSUF Security team will then be able to review the email to verify if it is a phishing email.

New Software: NVivo data collection and analytical solution
Bring your data to life with intuitive analysis and robust visualizations for students and academic researchers. Visit the NVivo webpage to learn more and request this new software.

Virtual Computer Labs
Need access to college-specific software? You can now connect remotely to our new Virtual Labs. Use software that would be available in your college computer labs; Adobe Creative Cloud, Maya, SPSS, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and more. Visit the Virtual Lab webpage for more information.
