IT Update – Zoom Intermittent Outage


We continue to experience intermittent service with Zoom. Some users may still be able to log into Zoom but will have limited access and calls may end after 30 minutes. For alternative video conferencing solutions please use Google Hangouts Meet or Microsoft Teams. The IT team is working closely with Zoom to resolve this issue and will provide an update before noon today.

 

Google Hangouts Meet

See instructions on how to use Google Hangouts Meet. Be sure to log-in through the campus portal and go to   TITAN Apps  

 

Microsoft Teams  

Microsoft Teams   is available through Office 365 and includes chat and voice/video calls. Simply login to Office 365 and/or download the app to use. Please visit the   CSUF Microsoft Teams website   for more information.
