BG Projects, located in the foyer of the Begovich Gallery, highlights premiere work by emerging artists. This season, Niccole Ugay-Clavesilla (MFA, ’21, drawing and painting) kicks off the series. Ugay-Clavesilla’s large-scale painting, Heterogenous contemplates on the complexity of people’s emotions and experiences. It was produced shortly before the world went into isolation due to COVID-19 and was featured in part of her solo exhibition, Multifaceted (July 2021).
