When does Music-278 meet?

7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., the SECOND Tuesday of classes in room CPAC-110 (Recital Hall)

Why is the class listed with a TBA time?

This makes it easier for you to sign up for another class during the meeting time. If a class time was listed, you would have to add a conflicting class in person with Admissions & Records.

Why does class meet the second week of classes?

For many classes, if you do not attend the first class meeting, the instructor will drop you from the class. If you have a conflicting class during the one class meeting, this allows you to attend the first class meeting of your other class to secure you spot. Then you could explain to you instructor that you would need to miss the second class meeting.

Am I required to enroll in Music-278?

NO. You can participate in the class for no credit to fulfill the requirement. The class (MUS-278) is not required, but it is a way to get class credits while fulfilling the requirement.
