Student Payments
You may pay School of Music fees either online (except travel) or in person at the University Cashier (UH-180, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). University Cashier information:
- For in-person payments, students can email cashiers@fullerton.edu to schedule an appointment.
- Payments can also be dropped off at our Dropbox, located right outside window# 10 at GH-180; no appointment is necessary for Dropbox.
- For this option, we can email receipts, so it would be a good idea to add an email field to your deposit slip; attached is an example of another deposit slip.
- As far as acceptable payments, we accept:
- Personal checks
- Cashiers’ checks, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks
- Unacceptable payments:
- Cash
- Credit or debit card payments
When paying in person at the University Cashier, be sure to obtain a receipt and return it the the appropriate person as proof of payment. We are unable to track payments made in person without a receipt.
PAY FEES ONLINE
- There is a 2.65% convenience fee for processing your payment online.
- Only select travel deposits can be made online (see TRAVEL DEPOSITS section). All other travel deposits must be made in person.
