Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have already completed a semester under the old format (MUS-278)?

You will receive credit for the total required services for any previous semesters taken and passed with a C or better.  That number would vary based on the semester taken and which option (2-semester or 4-semester) you choose.  In most cases (with the 2-semester option) you would receive credit for 8 services.

Please contact the Production Manager if you are unsure of how many services your will receive credit for for previous semesters.

Is there a class meeting?

There is no class meeting.  All the information is provided in the introduction video (link above).

I have a hold on my record, how do I get it removed?

You have a hold on your record because you are listed as a Music Major with the University, and are currently not fulfilling the Performance Related Activities Requirement. See above to information on fulfilling the requirement

Contact the School of Music Production Manager to have the hold removed.
