Jen Frauenzimmer

I am committed to supporting diversity and underrepresented students because I cannot imagine my life and career without diverse colleagues and students.  I believe that being an advocate for all the students that walk through my door is about engaging in new viewpoints and fostering a diverse and equitable environment.  As a white, lesbian theatre major I acknowledge that my privilege mostly overcame any adversity I may have had to deal with.  I hope to use my privilege and experience to help all of our students find their voice and strength to flourish in the future.  My goal is that my office always be a safe space for all students, staff and faculty.  All discussions and thoughts expressed will always be rooted in good faith and an honest desire to do what is best for our students.
